《Tickets》

General Tickets

• Reserved Seating: General ¥16,000
• Standing: General ¥13,000

• U-CONNECT × ZAIKO only handles the ticket types currently displayed.
• Up to 4 tickets may be purchased per performance. Applications for multiple performances are permitted.
• Standing tickets are assigned by block.

Ticket Types for the Red Brick Warehouse Performances

There are two main ticket types available for the Red Brick Warehouse performances.
Please make sure you understand the features of each ticket type before applying.

〔Reserved Seating Ticket〕
This ticket provides a reserved seat located on either side of the audience area.
During the performance, you may leave your seat and move outside the live performance area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor festival freely.

〔Standing Ticket〕
You may watch the performance freely within your designated block.
You may not reserve your own viewing space or bring in portable chairs or similar items.

During the performance, you may move to a different location within your designated block or leave the designated block and move outside the live performance area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor festival freely.

【Other Areas】
A food and beverage area is also planned inside the venue. Outside the main audience area, guests will generally be free to watch the event.

• Prices include consumption tax.
• One preschool-aged child may enter free of charge when accompanied by one parent or guardian holding a General Reserved Seating ticket. The child must sit on the accompanying adult’s lap. In the Standing Area, preschool-aged children must watch from a block located toward the rear.
• Applications cannot be made outside the designated application period. Please check the application period carefully before applying.
• When registering as a member, please use an email address at which you can reliably be contacted.
• Please be sure to complete payment by the specified deadline. Payment cannot be made after the deadline. If payment is not completed by the deadline, your application will become invalid regardless of the reason.
• Details of your ticket application can be checked on “My Page.” Information will also be sent to the email address registered at the time of application. If you use domain-based filters or other email reception restrictions, please configure your settings in advance so that you can receive emails from “@zaiko.io.”
• Emails that have already been sent cannot be resent. Please take care not to delete them accidentally.
• We accept no responsibility for delayed or undelivered emails caused by internet routing issues, problems with your email server, or similar circumstances.
• As a general rule, ticket refunds will not be provided except in the event of postponement or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
