[Age Restriction]
Tickets are required for children aged 3 and over. Children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter.

[Ticket Limit]
Each registered member may apply for up to 4 tickets per performance.

[Important Notes]
※ The door opening and performance start times are subject to change.
※ Only electronic tickets will be available. Electronic tickets can only be received and displayed on a smartphone or tablet.
※ In addition to the ticket price, a service fee of JPY 990 per ticket is required, consisting of an advance sales service fee of JPY 550 and a system usage fee of JPY 440.
※ A separate drink fee is required.
※ The unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. If a ticket or the right to purchase a ticket is resold or listed on an auction site or similar platform, the ticket may be deemed invalid and admission may be refused. We assume no responsibility for any issues involving tickets purchased through resale.
※ Applications cannot be submitted outside the designated application period. Please check the application period carefully before applying.
※ When registering as a member, please use an email address at which you can reliably be contacted.
※ Please ensure that payment is completed by the payment deadline. Payment cannot be processed after the deadline. If payment is not completed by the deadline, the application will be deemed invalid, regardless of the reason.
※ Details of your ticket application can be checked on your “My Page.”
※ Emails that have been sent cannot be resent. Please take care not to delete them accidentally.
※ We assume no responsibility for delayed or undelivered emails caused by internet connection issues, problems with the customer’s email server, or other related circumstances.
※ Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
※ Refunds, complaints, and seat changes or transfers cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
